• injury-related or surgical scarring

• gender-affirming procedures

• other non-elective or medically necessary physical changes

You are supporting a federally incorporated nonprofit organization. Tax receipts are not available at this time.

How recipients are chosen

Recipients are selected with care, based on need, eligibility, and readiness for treatment.

This program is intended for individuals whose physical changes are connected to trauma, illness, injury, or non-elective / medically necessary procedures.

Procedures related to elective cosmetic enhancements are not eligible under this program.
